Through a lifetime of exploration and dedication to the practice of yoga, Tom has developed a unique and insightful way of teaching the Art and Science of Yoga. Akshay Yoga is a systematic approach to the practices of yoga that includes postures, breathwork, and concentration techniques. Postures are taught using bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps to ensure comfort and alignment. Modifications as well as options are also shown. The practice is presented as a tool to gain a deeper understanding of what is going on in your body and adapt the postures to create functional change for the better thus gaining greater flexibility, strength, endurance, energy, health, and mental clarity. For over 2 decades Tom has taught classes, workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings nationally as well as internationally. Tom's classes educate, transform, and inspire.
